when to start -
yesterday, tomorrow seemed beyond my control
but starting too late or starting too soon,
one never knew which could bring disaster.
but not starting at all,
leaving a life well spent on the
day in and day out of doing the responsible things
the good things even,
the required things
incomprehensible.
so the choice is that there really is no choice,
starting here and now was the only time to start
and then watching and waiting
or
leaping without looking
really wouldn't matter.
after all this path would lead to greater adventures
either alone or in concert with others
but
the waiting for whatever it was that I had been waiting for was over
and starting is what I have done.
